No job security. Work culture was good.some company policy was not good.

Dislikes

Customer satisfaction variable grid was so many inportens for lk. So you can tell about you employees this for joining lk. Lk hard working,all sop maintenance, audits reports good in region is not mater about lk management. Good employees, good salesmen not required lk.

Pls rectify your customer satisfaction variable grid,because as a good employees not required..example 200 order given by employe 4 customer was not satisfied don't man's employe was not good.
