Whorst ever management ever seen, they gona suck every drop of blood in your body, but they Evey time motivate you by saying this time if you achieve your target you I'll get it, but it's only for speeches not in real. Please evaluate the company before joining, ask the employee how is the support of company towards employees n make your decision.

Dislikes

There is lot fo work pressure , lack of employees, rude response by management and managers , no basic facilities, very low salary structure, false promises, no employee benefits, temporary gifts, unnecessary SOPS

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
