HR's are worst, they always try to not give salary they are very cunning people, even after notice period completed and it's almost 60 days, they given me wrong pay slips and till now didn't provided my salary. All 7 days working culture for Business Analyst and 12 hours shift.

Area Operational Manager think that the Store Managers are their Prisoners. This is not good for the future of Lenskart West zone as no one will be able to continue the job at the next level. Bhumika Thakkar HRBP You took a lot of time to release my salary with certificate and in that also you are showing zero days notice period whereas we have done a full 1 month notice period survey this is very patheticculture and this is completely wrong activity. Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.

The worst company in my entire career. Never ever join even if they offer you good salary (I know they never, they only match your salary). They exploit you in all ways possible. This doesn't feel like software office, they treat you like daily wage labour. Please don't join and get trapped here. You will definitely regret joining.
