They say it's a premium process but it's purely domestic. When it comes to policies it's worst. They fooled you at the time of interview about leaves and Indian holidays. There is nothing to be liked in this organization, I gave my valuable time to this company but it proved to be a wastage. There is no work-life balance, no management and they want their employees to just work like machines.

My team was really good, the training manager guided us well but the process they are following is pathetic. Even after leaving the organization, they are putting restrictions on clearing our full and final settlement. Shift timings are for 9 hours but prior or post they don't leave you, if an employee is not feeling well and wants a sick leave they will surely give you but will ask you to work on your week off.
