They make you work 18-hour shifts under the guise of a 9-hour shift, without pay, and the incentive plan is huge, but no one ever gets it because they have found many ways to cut incentives. Working here is a lot of stress. After working for 3 years and managing 2 stores, I increased the revenue of the first store from 11 lakhs to 24 lakhs and the second store from 17 lakhs to 19 lakhs, but my salary saw no growth.
