Organization founders are to self-centric. Hire - use- fire is their motto. Total human/ employee rights violations. No verticle growth. The organization is functional due to a few passionate employees. Not recommended for the beginner as the organization has no support system and the employees are left to their own faith. The attrition rate is very high; In 2019-20 approx. 70 employees left due to a lack of organization structure or harassment. The co-founder has a very bad ego and is not less than a dictator.
