Lemon Tree Hotels always help in learning. We are associate but we know manager level work.

Dislikes

The thing that I only don't like it that is salary increment is too slow. Associates and supervisor are getting same salary, same new joinees and experienced person are getting same.

manager n assistant manager was very good in every thing except few people who use to lot of partiality to bring on the department their origin people frankly speaking few were literate resist who use to show how kind bt later I came to know that bitter intentions

That was my first job where i worked And it was a pleasant experience which I had with Lemon Tree staff and the company I love to work there and Ireally love the ambience of the hotel the Manager the duty manager everyone was so good the hotel and the team help me to scale up my English and I get to know that how a hotel Industry work it was overall excellent experience

Its overall good I learn many thing in this hotel I feel happy to meet with the foreign guest and some of the business man I learn many things from them and I learn many things from this hotel its overall a good experience with this hotel

Though I have left the job but I must say I enjoyed my time there and learned many new things. The work culture nice and people there are supportive.

Dislikes

Though it is a mid level hotel, it should raise the standard to give good competition. For staff, some facilities like cabs can be provided and more chances to grow in career.

This company has no value in the market. If you work for this company, you will be hardly getting any job if you left or if you get also it would be 2 designation down in the hierarchy where you used to work. So better to stick there, because no one is willing to hire you. - Working with Specially Disabled Team members. - Freedom of taking decisions , even at times when you are just a start-up employee. - Involvement of Team members & co operation in every tasks. - Learning New concepts, with entirely innovative styles.

- Increments / Hikes is minimal. - Acute Lack of staffing in every departments, which always effects performance deliveries to its customers. - Inter Departmental cost cutting,was narrow enough to create lots of customer dis-satisfactions at the end.
