It's a Golden Cage, Looks like MNC but it's purely LALA Company. No job security, All HR & Specialy High level Managers are just making time pass & playing with front level employee career.

No Job Security during COVID 19 period. Certain Loby work here who just passing year's. Hard work does not value them. They just want Report / Cleark work. Legrand has lost market grip due to huge infiltration. Company itself can clear this issue but it seems not willingness to clear it.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
