Talent Acquisition team lacks coordination and there is no support from Managers. At the end they put all the blame on you. There is no probation period. In the name of probation, there is no training at all but you will have to start the actual work on Day 1 of joining without even proper brief and guidance about the process.

Here there is a trend ongoing especially going inside the Organisation where the previous employees are not being treated with respect and gratitude for the work they have done. Also there is no personal work life balance at all the director would want you to work endlessly even during the weekends during festivals.
