The team is cheerful and open for new learnings and experiences, we discuss ideas and innovations together. Everyone in the team is rooting for company's success even after knowing that authorities will not do a single effort towards employee's betterment.

Dislikes

Authorities are way too immature and careless with their work, even their job roles are not defined clearly. The biggest drawback which I see is - they don't trust their own team and they try to do everything themselves. Their "I know it all" attitude is very harmful for the company. They don't care about their employee's well beingand keep in imposing a lot of work.
