1. Not approving any planned leaves since I'm working hard to compensate the work of some other people who doesn't even work and come to work for timepass 2. Due to some people who was already working in the site for long time and transferred to leadec for maintenance work, they are playing politics with site on roll employees creating bad name for leadec. However leadec management still seeing these kind of things happen to support them instead of people like me who used to support leadec. 3. If you happen to work well, get ready to stay late every day and if you are supposed to come to general shift, you need to attend breakdown and get the machine running even if it is getting late, while the shift guys come and go on time without doing any work....Read More

Nothing to like . Work as casual labour on dihadi. Never serve notice period. Quite when salary credit. Kundan jha, ramu both are pathetic person.

Dislikes

Every month salary will be deducted without any reason. No bonus, too many deduction in F&F settlement so do not serve notice period. Work depends on client. So basically you work as labour. Management will not receive your call even in emergency.
