Skill development at LEAD School is excellent due to its innovative approach, collaborative environment, and focus on continuous learning, enabling employees to grow personally and professionally every day.

Dislikes

I dislike everything about LEAD School, including the overwhelming workload, ineffective management practices, poor work-life balance, lack of transparency, and limited opportunities for meaningful career growth.

Likes: 1. Learning through activities. 2. Preparing the teacher for class with inbuilt library of lesson plan and other support. 3. Monitoring the performance of teachers and students daily/monthly. 4. Enhancing cognitive learning among children. 5. Time management in class by teacher. 6. Removing the fear of public speaking among students.

Dislikes

Dislikes: If LEAD is committed to providing quality education why it is not approaching the govt to adapt the curriculum so that the country would grow as a whole.

No appriciations and very very bad Politics happening. Circle Heads and also regional Heads are doing very bad Politics with their Employees. With out any reason they are telling to do resignation. This is very bad culture in this Lead School. Pavan Kumar (DRM)from AP he is worst Fellow i have never seen such a person.

Likes

Exposure to work with large-scale training projects and enhancing program implementation and enhancement skills, working with diverse people having different mindsets and skillsets.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, extensive travel schedule, less emphasis on long-term academic growth but more on immediate business growth.
