Dislikes

Politics and biases managers show. Inefficient managers judging efficient employs. Holding grudges on employs by manager. Only claps for all good work and success and no growth. Fake promises to employs by managers. What not so many reasons that annoy and humiliate employs. Even F and F is not closed properly after two months of resignation. Nothing! Absolutely nothing! They spit in the face of the employees on the backs of whom they have become a unicorn. Blatant lies and false promises in the name of employee benefits. The CEO in an org-wide stand-up delightfully chuckled and said, "We never promised work-life balance in your JD!" This was when he was asked about employees facing burnout. Needless to say, he is a tyrant who will work you to death and be proud about it. Employees who were exceptional performers and were selected for a "National Award" and a trip to Udaipur were then not given anything! The trip to Udaipur was only a party and staycation for the higher-ups, the ones who do the bad micromanaging bs for the company. People who fall sick are let go. People who were promoted this year got an average rating of 3/5 so they could cut back on appraisal costs and save some money. No one got a 4 or 5 rating. The entire system is a sham!...Read More

They make you slave away the entire time. Doesn't matter good performance or exceptional performance - they don't acknowledge it and they don't even want you to bring it up! They don't care about the good you do, they only want to berate and belittle you on what could have been done better. The extra time you spend contributing to the team will never be appreciated, you will instead be asked why your numbers are not high enough so no point trying to do anything else apart from your work as it is just a waste of your time. All people in the senior management only know how to colour code excel sheets and abuse their employees. They have zero empathy for the people they work with. People have got a stroke working in a school were promised a non-traveling role and shortly after let go. People who got offers from another company were retained by promising them a hike and promotion and then let go. Like a vindictive ex, they will try to ruin your professional career. Not one person in my team is happy. There is no reward, only consequences and punishments. Work-life balance is zero. All so called leaders are incompetent buffoons, all they know is to go on a tirade about the low numbers. And yes, the numbers are always low. Pathetically low. Because the product is worthless and their service is worthless. Retention is at 60%, schools are waking up to the false promises made to them and are dropping Lead like a hot potato. Such little faith they have in their own product, they are now selling schools third-party vendor material! For a company that boasts about changing the education landscape, they have not an iota of the values that is required to move towards that vision. Not a surprise as they only know to berate and belittle and spit on their employees contributions. They will make you travel anywhere between 100 to 300 km almost everyday, servicing the schools that they do not care in the least about. You will be working from anywhere between 7.00-7.30 AM in the morning to 9.00-9.30 PM in the evening including all the travel exertion. Everyday you will have berating meetings where they will only shout at you and make demands for better performance, while they themselves will sit in the comfort of their homes and play excel-excel with each other. Anyone who cares about their physical, mental or emotional health should run in the opposite direction if they see Lead approaching.
