The head of Lead school has a sharp vision .

This is the only company which is hiring as many employees in covid situation. They do not have constructive norms to be cleared for the job profile , which will not be mentioned in offer letter as per offer letter they will say it is for six months. The KRA / KPI will be different but the work which they ask us to do is totally different . You will be appointed for one job and ask to join in another team . Later they will not consider our work in another team so we will not be permanent neither for an year too. Please think twice before you join. If you consider only salary then no issues you can be ready to join. If you have values in your life and it will not be the right place to join . They speak about values but do not follow specifically with the business they are bringing ....Read More

I dislike everything about LEAD School, including the overwhelming workload, ineffective management practices, poor work-life balance, lack of transparency, and limited opportunities for meaningful career growth.

Likes: 1. Learning through activities. 2. Preparing the teacher for class with inbuilt library of lesson plan and other support. 3. Monitoring the performance of teachers and students daily/monthly. 4. Enhancing cognitive learning among children. 5. Time management in class by teacher. 6. Removing the fear of public speaking among students.

Dislikes

Dislikes: If LEAD is committed to providing quality education why it is not approaching the govt to adapt the curriculum so that the country would grow as a whole.

No appriciations and very very bad Politics happening. Circle Heads and also regional Heads are doing very bad Politics with their Employees. With out any reason they are telling to do resignation. This is very bad culture in this Lead School. Pavan Kumar (DRM)from AP he is worst Fellow i have never seen such a person.

Exposure to work with large-scale training projects and enhancing program implementation and enhancement skills, working with diverse people having different mindsets and skillsets.

Dislikes

Poor work-life balance, extensive travel schedule, less emphasis on long-term academic growth but more on immediate business growth.
