Currenly working with LTEAFZE which is one of the wing of L&T electrical & Automation and which has gulf client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad especially UAE. Another good point, is my colleagues are from different cultures background and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work more than office hours and many times on weekends . Also there is no proper process for each activity to follow and even higher management plays many politics with subordinates at appraisals. There is no on job training for freshers andno induction for laterals</mark>.
