Iam joined the position of coimbatore market Third party payroll Lobo staffing solutions. Dislikes 5 points : 1.) Coimbatore distrubutors office sicagen lot of politics going there immaturity people working there office Manager not response for customers he is worst behaviour services also very worst . 2.) Lobo staffing solutions HR and managers told appointment letter salary but received Salary so different it's a scam he will not take care of employees salary not settled correct time. Immatured behaviours are Allowance and salary also scam it's like fraud company. 3.) L&T Regional manager also new person he is not knowledge for products he is behaviour also very rude Immatured behaviour he is not helping employees. 4.) Too much of politics are going there employee growth career growth are very low. 5.) I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
