1)No WFH option at all 2)Shift time restrictions - No coffee badging option 3)Transportation is not available - Initially they said cab will be provided now it's not there at all. 4)Various T&C for leave policy and attendance regularization. 5)Overall very strict work culture - They will monitor frequently from CC Cameras 6)We haveto sign morning and evening manually in Attendance register even after using Biometric (facial recognition) .. even for breaks we should sign on it to go out side. Of course they have reasons for implementing all of this. However, we can't punish all for the mistakes done by few employees. 7)Even to use Conference room's we have to get permissions and give reasons. We can't simply jump in to the conf rooms directly if we have meetings. 8)They should work on alternate ways and ideas to fix the issues. 9)They should change the policies as per the current market and generation, which could also align with the organization goals. 10)we have highly experienced staff in the leadership team, Hope they will work on the same. 11) Salary credit date is 1st of every month but from Feb 2024 to present, salary was credited on time only for 1 month. Latinem emphasizes technology-driven solutions in facilities management. the most i like in latinem is very co-operative and friendly people the team management is so helpful. and the importance they give to employee. and when its come to TA team they are so supportive.

Management & Hr dept is taking wrong decisions. Latinem has become hire and fire company. Latinem is funded by Sobha Reality in UAE. They have taken the 6 months policy to retain the employees. In 6 months they extract employees talent and after that the inhuman management and HR dept throwing employees out. Incapable people are running the management.

As iam working in latinem from more than 6 months . i have been so excited every day , as every team member and managers, supports me from day one . every week we have friday fun day activities . and most important thing in latinem is work atomsphere and work culture.

LATINEM is a subsidiary of SHOBA REALTY which deals with International standred construction projects, here there are more opportunities for civil background candidate of both experience and fresher's like Architects, BIM engineers..etc. They offer better salary
