I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. There is job security, inspite of bad performance, but most of the work is monotonous and doesn't require deep thought process.

Very bad appraisal process. Performance bonus is linked to company performance even at entry level. Yearly increment has dipped b/w 1%-5% post 2021. Even top performers won't get more than 5% There is no process for hiring and lots of time and effort is wasted just to initiate the process, and similar time is lost in actual evaluation process. The culture is not diverse and 70% of employees are from TN only. It makes life very boring for rest 30% of employees, especially during team outings....Read More
