The company is having growth. The environment is good to work. There is no training to freshers. Salary appraisals are done every year based on the senior recommendations. It also depends on MD's opinion about the employee.Travelling is not much only if necessary. There is no overtime sitting at office. The team mates are good.

Dislikes

New appointed freshers try to compete with the experienced in the company. There is an internal competition in the company . They directly report to MD. Jobs are not secured. The salary increments depends on MD's opinion about employee.Everything depends on MD's mind and relation. If relation is good then one may get and if not goodthen he can be asked to go at any time if performance go down or affected. There is imbalance in salaries. Some people have very high salaries and some people are very low. there is no such standard salary type which is painful....Read More

Work Details

My role is Sr.Manager - Marketing. I am working since Lasa was founded. The entire domestic market is totally established by me and our director. Even export market is set by me though merchant exporters. I handle 250 customers.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
