Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...aving growth. The environment is good to work. There is no training to freshers. Salary appraisals are done every year based on the senior recommendations. It also depends on MD's opinion about the employee.Travelling is not much only if necessary. There is no overtime sitting at office. The team mates are good.

...l competition in the company . They directly report to MD. Jobs are not secured. The salary increments depends on MD's opinion about employee.Everything depends on MD's mind and relation. If relation is good then one may get and if not good then he can be asked to go at any time if performance go down or affected. There is imbalance in salaries. Some people have very high salaries and some people are very low. there is no such standard salary type which is painful.
