1. Monthly connect meeting with all design team members. 2. Can learn how to project yourself to the management. 3. Can get best experience on interaction with Procurement, Suppliers, production and other related departments.

Dislikes

1. No encouragement for WFH. 2. Stay back after office hours is much more important. 3. Work ratings depends on how much close are you with your boss. 4. Getting the proper work station and other resources are difficult and IT supports (to resolve system issues) are less. 5. No other activities like tea out or training programs. Always to be focused on work.
