Really great to work in project, If you get it!!!, Need opportunities to work from home. Should be given laptop to employees, so they work from home. Employees on bench should not forced to clock 8 hrs or 9 hrs as per policy. As in other IT companies, they should be allowed to sit at home and come to office , if project is there and attendance should be regularized.
