Excellent company for the better future and career growth provider somuch to learn and the good managementarial organization.

Dislikes

Sometimes excess pressure at the work and have to work more than 13 hrs daily and based on the rating system somany are getting headache. Cheaply some of the top management shows the faviourism at their people. They least bother about the hard workers. This rating system should be removed completely and better provide much increment in place of PLR.at every individual.

Work Details

I am responsible for entire land survey in my area of work in any project and have to clean observation at every individual at their work, safety, weekly work progress also for their well wish.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
