I did work two years in L&T and its best part is there system as well as all process is online.

There are a lot of things for dislikes in L&T 1. Castism 2. Criticize to employee from management 3. Never go with FTC(Fixed Term Contract) it is very worst part of hiring employees because of after that they give excuses and terminate the hardworking employees without thinking of there family situations.

Doesn't treat contract employees properly. L&T staff will treat contractor employees as if they are street dogs for them. Also there is no work life balance. No leaves allowed for Contractor employees. If you take any leave then it will be deducted from salary.
