The company provides ample opportunity to upskill oneself and the management is very much supportive for it.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Hike may be really slow in some business units. Some employee policies need to be updated. Bureaucracy is there in the organizational structure causing communication gap among hierarchies. Flexibility is not there when it comes to working hours.
