There’s little regard for the effort you put in; everything is considered urgent, and the expectation is that tasks be completed the same day, no matter how many hours it takes. Disagreeing with management can lead to workplace politics, which can result in delays or denials of things like timely leave or meals and harrassment. Site engineers and third-party employees are had to work at least 14 hours a day (despite HR policy stating 12 hours), including Sundays, without additional pay or leave adjustments.
