Technical learning is very good, company policy & systems are also very good. Job security mostly depending on performance rating on yearly basis

Job security based on your performance rating , which is evaluated yearly but some cases not properly evaluated by the site management

Work Details

Work culture is good , work ing hours are high, including Sunday half-day works are there in most of the construction sites. Work pressure will be there at all levels.
