Very good work culture. Provide excellent growth opportunities to the consistent performers. Offers the opportunity to change the project/product within the organization if one project becomes monotonous and someone wants to enrich his/her skills. Being one of the most complex domains and no bench, every team member becomes an asset after spending some time in any of the product lines.

IT and financial support teams need to be more proactive and lots of room for improvement there.

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
