Overall a good employer with number of benefits of work life balance, diversify domain and learning opportunities. But company has potential for doing more great things.

Dislikes

Some teams has favouritism, some are heavily occupied, some are less then 50%. Employee engagement, clear path for middle management is lacking. Can improve on these areas.

I joined this company in 2019.Company is product based.Company has very good people with amazing mindset and very good work life balance.Leaves are 40 and timings are 8.5 hours.I learned a lot from this company .

Very open and no judgement culture... perfect example of work life balance people are so helpful no hierarchy followed , you need not to reach your manager if you are not comfortable , you can even directly talk to CEO. They give to this flexibility. Good for fresher as company pay really high salary to them but try to avoid CI/CD team there is no growth in terms of knowledge.

Dislikes

Worked shamelessly for CI/CD team and at the end found the egoistic behaviour and unprofessionalism from senior member of team. There is no hope for growth until you are obedient to managers. Skills and work will not be appropriated.

Most of the people, dont share the knowledge about the working flow of products , they are insecure people, including engineers, Senior Engineers, Leads and Managers Too much nepotism managers do with favourite employees , if Team Lead or existing Senior Engineers creates good bonding with new employee on personal level, they transf er the knowledge and support them only. And Seniors give bad ratings to people , they dont create the personal bondings....Read More

It is a great company which focuses employees learning and growth. Compensation and benefits are also very good. Work life balance is also great here in the company.
