One day I got call from Lance soft team that I have selected and client wants me to go for a discussion that to be face to face. My place is 1800 km away from Bangalore. They made 1000% fake promises that I have already been selected and only discussion will happen. They call me in the morning and forced me to go by evening on the same day. Even they have not send me any invitation, I waited at the clients office more than 1 hour to get the entry. And its been more than a week they are not picking up my call. A Bunch of Female recruiters with a terrible accent will call you for an interview never ever attend or try to join this company. This company is one of the illiterate managers who have been kicked out from other organisations. Many have joined and left in less then 2 months. This place is well known for TOXICITY. Absolutely nothing to like about this company. Awful company culture, absolutely no HR policies because the Noida HR Adeel is a pet dog to the management. The noida admin Ram Dayal has no knowledge about administration, he is just trying to get his money share from different channels like food and cab vendors.

The culture is not good. They put alot of pressure at times and there is no job security. If your performance go down they will fire you irrespective of your previous achievements .Also leave policy is very strict. Regular overtime and working weekends sometimes.
