What started as a promising journey ended up with Lancesoft forcing it's employees to work from office during the duress of Covid time. The internal HR system doesn't favour employees, management doesn't care for talent. They hire in bulk and people leave in bulk. There are so many better companies in recruiting, I really do not recommend this.

Dislikes

No job security, no compassion. Forced to work from office during Covid. The HR doesn't care for employees. No internal grevience system. No provision for laptop/PC even during lockdown asked to work from office. Regret joining the company.

Great place to work, if you are looking ti build your carrier in HR, just timings can be a bit issue for someone because this company has culture of working overtime on daily basis around 10hours a day, rest everything is fine and very simple once you have the experience

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
