Not sure about the LIKE part since I had not much of experience with that.

Dislikes

1- They are hiring freshers no doubt, but they want freshers to excel all of a sudden. 2- The TL is impossible (He fights like anything). 3- The Delivery Manager was more than impossible (Talks to the team and uses words like Baby) 4- No matter you make n number of submissions, you will never get appreciated. 5- They forced me to take leave due to Covid, but end of the month it was LOP by the company. 6- They talk to the team like a garbage bin (Words like... The company is not any mandir ka ghanta ki jab mann kiya aagaye jab mann kiya chalegaye). This is because of emergency leave. 7- Its hard to take leave incase of emergency also (They want the emergency to be planned as well). 8- If you do not have a good bonding with TL, then it will end up in PIP (Everything goes well, but suddenly one fight with TL will take you on call with HR and then the PIP email). 9- The most important part as fresher joining- The TL sends some youtube video link and asks to self train yourself and then he wants you to start working in a day or two). 10- The TL keeps his best employee's submission and declines yours in most of the time. 11- You have to login hours before the timing and extend upto n number of hours (Saturday-Sunday they ask you to work and if not then you are gone the next day). 12- A question to the organisation- If you hire freshers then you must have seen that skill in him/her.
