Management sitting n US (specifically speaking) is very much appreciable and they understand each employee. it’s great to work under such management and leadership. Learning curve is provided to those who are eager to learn and explore opportunities.

Dislikes

Leave policy, rewards& recognition policies needs to be highly improved. Health benefits should be improved. Apart from salary structure bonus policy needs to be implemented.

Poor communication in team. The finance team doesn't even follow up with WFH employees and run payroll at their will. Poor work culture.
