Its really awesome expression in laksh it solution...the guide technique is really good...i really very developed myself in this company...i did 6 month internship...but it was really good experience..

It is small company...and located in amravti...so can't take experience like in other company's

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
