The basic thing is here its not the production company or any construction company,its an organization who trying to develop the skill transformation in various regions inside india.so there is no option you to set in one place.Time to time trainer will need changing his location as per requirement.

Work Details

Here i am a civil trainer. I trained more than 5000 workers,labours who relates with the construction site as they relates minor and major projects.I gave training at chhattisgarh,odisha,kolkatta,hyderabaad,vijayawada,mumbai.

No support at all, No salary plus contract has been cancelled, means no job, being a certified trainer.

Dislikes

Lot of politics, work is done by sumone n credit is taken by sumone else. Many of the certified trainers left as soon as they got certified for higher salary from different organisations, but i stayed with the company even i was offered higher salary,i suuported them in their hard times, but in my hard time during this pandemic company is not supporting.
