I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Vignaraj project head use very bad words. He don't have knowledge about the work Sequence. He just wants work..... If you asking any support like equipment then he will scroll you. Just do your work with out support. Even though he is not ready to released after completing notice period as agreed in appointment time.

Plus point is salary on time. My HOD Shaila Ma'am always support me and encourage me. Overall good experience last 10months. It will always be challenging job for me. There is always something new to learn.
