Only the Brand Name who attract to outsiders of the company.

Dislikes

PLR & Rating system bad, only old employees getting higher rating & Higher reward. No space of new employees. Old employee trying to trap and stuck at mid of sea. Only ball passing and blaming game played. Senior always threating to subordinate by PLR Rating system. I was worked around there years but no promotion and even single penny increment in salary. Also work pressure is very high compare to salary....Read More

Work Details

Worked as Engineer, but there is no management, always you have to do other departmental work and unnecessary work pressure makes your mind exhausted.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
