It's good for the freshers.

Dislikes

For the appraisal they are not considered the work which we have done. This year appraisal cycle they have changed to November and not given the aerials for last 6 months. Very bad management and HR policies which are not followed by them itself.

Practical experience is not there, Appraisal and promotion only for favourite employees. Salary not according to the grade and education and experience.

Nothing is Good full waste of knowledge, skills & dedication for onsite resources.

Dislikes

There is all skills are waste for onsite resource and there is no increment more than 2% after 2 years. They send RFP mapped resources to bench at any time without intimation only because of office politics

The employees here are very helpful and help you to learn and grow. Also the work pressure is not that much like other companys.

1. No job security 2. They don't have project still they hire professional and then put them on LOP after 60 days bench period. They don't tell this policy during recruitment 3. Poor infrastructure. Some City don't have basic seating and parking arrangements for employees 4. HR are cruel. WMG group don't bother about employees career 5. All management is South Indian and operate from Mysore. Nothing i liked about L&T technology services. The managements are thieves. They steal all the bonuses, perks and benefits of young employees in the name of forms submissions.

Office politics is on peak, no appraisal, always gives work of copy paste excel files, data entry work to software engineers.

1. No job security and unethical hiring 2. I joined L&T 2 month back but I came to know they hired me without project. After 2 months I had call with HR (Sneha Hemdev) and she told you will be in virtual bench from 3rd months onwards and won't get salary. How some company can hire professional without project and tell you won't getsalary from 3rd month. During recruitment they didn't tell these policy. Dislikes

No promotions, no appraisals/ delayed appraisals without arrears. The company thinks that by delaying appraisals and vendor payments they can save benefit from the interest on the principal. The CEO gets 100% hike by deferring appraisal for 6 months and to top it off there are no arrears.

The situation will be fixed, upskilling opportunities are there but for some or the other reasons can’t be participated. Poor management to the core side. There’s no team bonding activities are done except escalations in teams call.management are not ready to listen to the employees problems.
