Ok good place to know many systems and expert ideas from experts. Also job secure in pandemic and salary not impacted.

Dislikes

Need lot of improvement in job timing hectic job life. Rest is not there. Weekly off nit there. Senior management silent on site issues. Food and transportation for project site related is bad. Need more improvement in employee welfare and health and comfort.

Salary structure and annual PMS is not as per industry practice. Annual component is very high. Opportunity should be provided within L&T.

Work environment is so so. Few teammates are supportive, depending on whether they are in your team. Company policies are good, but not implemented on ground. Career and salary hike depends on your relationship with higher ups.

Dislikes

There is politics and no one want to get out of this. Career growth seems to be stopped from last 04 to 05 years.
