Young management of company if very dynamic and active. Few HR policies are very good like health insurance, domiciliary insurance. Company gives good opportunities if you have passion and competency.

Dislikes

Few HR policies are good, however some need to modified to meet today's need. In a city like Mumbai they impose strict timing restrictions which is not possible due to various issues in the big city of Mumbai. If you are lateral joinee, you need to prove yourself to get confidence of your supervisor so that you can get equal opportunities. Obsolete policies, work culture, no stability in work location, semi govt type (either completely idle sitting or fully overload) Poor appraisals. I was top performer with rating (7 out of 8) still got 3% hike. Some Managers are heartless.
