Toxic environment, negative environment, extreme level of politics, zero ethics, management only satisfies own ego at any cost. Worst salary structure, they will torture you whole year to leave the company and when you resign in middle they will start looting you, they will take your all PLR and Retention amount which they show as CTC part. Third class HR. Everything is handled by old top management of 20-25 years old employees. Nobody cares about work, they just want their ego to be satisfied. Here culture is worst than government sectors. Don't waste your precious lifetime to work here. Job security and learning. One of the best thing about L&T. Some benefits also good but for some senior tiers.

Obsolete policies, work culture, no stability in work location, semi govt type (either completely idle sitting or fully overload) Poor appraisals. I was top performer with rating (7 out of 8) still got 3% hike. Some Managers are heartless.
