I only like it because I started my career with company. That time the management was really very good and supportive. Incentive slab was amazing.

Dislikes

The management and the managerial level has been degraded day by day. They don't know how they should work. They have no manners of talking to their employees who work under them always abusive language either verbally or written in messages. Even they abuse their customers which is a very ridiculous and toxic thing. The working culture has been continuously declining and getting bad. No supports by the seniors management in the field. You will be said to work even on Sundays and if you don't you will be abused in video meeting....Read More
