Most of tge people in the company are very good. They will support in your ups and down. Project wise also one can get exciting projects but luck matters a lot.

Dislikes

The whole tenure one has to work in the same product and similar project. One cannot change it.

work load is too much only sales team because login to disburs process by and bearing everything in process done by sales person and when give the freedom of work to sale team they will do more business but process very tough

Worst company in India. Just see the statement of their chairman SN Subramanian, they want you to work on all Sundays 24x7 politics and back biting by seniors like Taragupta Jena and Sonia Krishnakutty. Worst for female employees

Things decided by Middle Managers. Focused on short term achievement than sustainable development. Focused only on their own role and it will result in poor implementation. Duplicate reports and change according to the stakeholders.

Stability. Mostly chill environment.

Dislikes

Literally only 5 WFH days across a year! Daily office presence is mandatory with mandatory 9 hours to be served (tracked through app and GPS so can't avoid) Lot of power in hands of reporting manager wrt leaves, regularisation of hours, etc. leave little room for autonomy.
