in EDRC Salary/ Appraisal / Rating /Promotion / Career Growth given is tooo bad compared to Business Unit (BU) aka Management people. Learning is not much for electrical here in WWW SBG. Teammates.... there is lack of uniformity and so called group concept is satisfactory.
