The work culture here is highly regressive. While POSH trainings are made mandatory, the values are not implied in day to day dealings within the company. Work-life balance is unheard of and appraisals are a far cry from what is expected from a company of this size and reputation. Appraisal process does not seem fair. Some employees are deliberately given lower ratings to fit in bell curve, despite good performance whole year round. Trainees and draughtsman are often easy targets for these. Post Covid despite company has made recovery, about which we see the news all the time, but compensation is not back to normal forget about an increase. Growth is painfully slow. One bad rating can take you down for 3 years as average performance is considered for promotions. The hierarchy between juniors and management is followed very strictly. I think this culture should change a little. Many of my colleagues are quitting and no efforts are made to hold employees back. Company is not valuing its employees as assets, I get a constant feeling that I am replaceable. If you are non ambitious person who doesnt want to do much but want a decent salary then the place is for you, because they wont throw you out for non performance (Just do a little to show you are working). For putting effort there is no compensation which is very discouraging. There is no opportunity to travel abroad (at least at my level)...Read More
