Work Environment is good. And having job satisfaction in the work i do. The Canteens are appreciatable, Office is kept Clean and hygiene.

Dislikes

There is no Work Life balance, and the Salary hike is not adequate. The variation in site and HQ salary is enormous and it is difficult to manage. While joining the salary has been mentioned as 7 LPA but after confirmation it is 6LPA. Even at COVID Times WFH was not preferred and got affected by covid 2nd wave.

Therefore it is a kind of public health engineering, and helps us develop social skills. Besides, you will have exposure work multiple projects across the geography exposed to various cultural background.

Dislikes

The work pressure is challenging. Emoluments need improvement inline with the work demand and mobility.

The Working Culture as a whole is bad. The pay is definitely lesser than that of the market. More work , less pay is what they have been following. The Employees could be treated well. Absolutely no work life balance. The Work culture is far behind than the lovely small start ups at the momennt.

L&T a big company with diversified portfolios, still it is not able to come out of that government kind of work culture (Senior staff prefer the hierarchy to be maintained). Though they are pushing Digitization, but not happening with the required pace, and this is leading the delayed decision making and impacting project deliverables and their timelines.
