Dislikes

L&T pays you sufficient as per your skills and talent but the worst thing is it takes most of your personal time, the system does not allow you to spare time for yourself, your family and for your hobbies. Due to the presence of different peoples from across the regions sometimes it creates an environment of nepotism. Growth and evaluation criteria is not that much transparent and justifying.

Salary at Right time, All paper written policies are good to hear.( But not for implementation)

Work Culture is worst, Accomadation facilities provided at Project sites are worst. No work life balance / No time for family , Min Duty time 0800am to 0900pm . You dont need skill to grow in this organization, only you need to manage & gain liking from your IS. HR has no involvement in taking care of employees.
