Working Environment is very good. There will be freedom to work and prove our self at our discipline.

Dislikes

Appraisal process may look in to consideration , and award the candidate's who really contribute to the domain area. Present process is good but there is lot of dissatisfaction from the overall process, hence may consider for improvement.
