The work culture here is highly regressive. While POSH trainings are made mandatory, the values are not implied in day to day dealings within the company. in EDRC Salary/ Appraisal / Rating /Promotion / Career Growth given is tooo bad compared to Business Unit (BU) aka Management people. Learning is not much for electrical here in WWW SBG. Teammates.... there is lack of uniformity and so called group concept is satisfactory.

Appraisal process doesn't seem fair ,some employee are deliberately given lower rating to fit in bell curve ,despite of good performance whole year round ,services department basically IR, Trainees are often easy target. growth is painfully slow ,one bad rating take down 3years as average performance is considered for promotion</mark>.
