Work with L&T is very interesting.Here I get new challenge daily, that help me to grow .There has so much politics but we do work as family. Everything is good for working here.Only one thing is this company is suitable for bachelor not family man.

Being in a Prestigious Organization like L&T we have a chance to share our expertise in every work we involve. Teammates are very supportive. Company Policies are good regarding the employee's welfare.

On job related trainings/Programs are less for service departments like MEP.

Initially I felt working in L&T is hard & later on my superiors have made things better by giving a chance to handle things independently. I have got a good experience in my field of work based on my role.
