I have freedom to work and take decision, and have work culture where if one innovative idea came from even lower grade staff also encouraging by higher management to implement it where in many companies I didn't observe & Best company ever work, where from higher management to site level every one actively involving in discussions and problem resolving.

Dislikes

work wise I don't have any complaints, only have one small issue with PLR amount.. last time even I got 8/8 for my performance also I am unable to get PLR amount, since our salary structure was already fixed... This one thing I hope management will look on to it and provide some benefits, which will give some energy and enforce us to work some more hard... I hope this issue will resolve.
